Booking Conditions

Please read the following important information : 
Bookings are accepted with the understanding that guests have read and understand all terms and conditions.
If holidaying with your pet, please note conditions re holidaying with your pet

Standard Industry Cancellation policy applies.
  • Deposits are non-refundable with less than 21 days notice of cancellation.
    However, we will make every effort to rebook the cancelled dates.  If the cancelled dates are rebooked, deposit will be refunded - less admin fee
  • For High Season bookings (when balance of accommodation is payable 30 days prior to arrival) total accommodation fee is non-refundable with less than 14 days notice of cancellation.
    Again, we will make every effort to rebook - in which case the total accommodation tariff (less admin fee) will be refunded.
  • In the event of cancellation an admin fee of 10% of deposit applies to bookings regardless of amount of notice
HOW TO BOOK:  
  • We will hold a tentative booking for upto 5 days.
  • To confirm your booking, we ask for 50% deposit
  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, cheque, direct deposit or money order
  • On receipt of deposit we send a package of information, including, letter of confirmation, directions, regional touring map and regional information to help you plan your trip - Please bring letter of confirmation with you as it gives directions and important information on accessing your cottage.
  • Please be aware of Industry Cancellation Policy (see above)

  • Balance is payable during your stay ~ Except for High Season (Xmas/New Year) bookings and public holiday weekend bookings when balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Minimum bookings of 7 nights apply over the Christmas/New Year & 3 or 4 night minimums may apply over public holidays
  • Weekly bookings (7 nights) normally begin any day other than Saturday.
  • Check—in time is any time after 3pm. Check– out time is anytime prior to 10am. Ask about late checkouts which we are pleased to offer  if available.
  • Gift vouchers are available and are valid 12 months from date of purchase ~ We process payment in full at time of purchase and make up a Special Voucher ~ to your specifications
We appreciate guests ensuring that the cottages are maintained and left in a tidy condition on departure.  
In the event that any property is damaged, we would appreciate guests letting us know.  Guests should understand that we reserve the right to charge the reasonable replacement or repair cost of that property to them - either debited from the credit card provided at time of booking or via invoice.
